FAQ
1. How far in advance should I book?
Couples usually book their wedding a year or so in advance, but we are always open to last-minute inquiries. For portraits, it is best to book a month or two ahead, though we can sometimes fit you in sooner.
2. How do payments work?
Weddings are reserved with a 30% retainer, and the remaining balance can be split into 3 to 6 payments, with the final payment due two weeks before the wedding. Portrait and branding sessions require a 50% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due on the day of your session.
3. When will we receive our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all of your photos within 10 weeks of your wedding (often sooner, depending on the season), and within 2 to 4 weeks for portrait and branding sessions. From your gallery you can download, share and order prints.
4. Will we get a sneak peek?
Yes! We usually share a handful of favorites on social media within about a week. Feel free to share them too. We just ask that you tag us for photo credit and do not add filters or edits to the images.
5. Do you travel?
Absolutely. We regularly travel for weddings and sessions. Travel fees may apply for events more than 25 miles from our studio in Waller, TX. Contact us for a custom quote that includes any travel charges.
6. What does the photo booth need?
Our booths need about 8 x 8 feet of clear space and a power outlet within 40 feet. They work indoors or outdoors, as long as the setup surface is stable and dry.
